Speakers' information

Considering the evolution of the sanitary situation, the Eurographics 2022 conference will be in a hybrid mode. However, if you come to present accepted work at Eurographics, you are expected to come physically at the conference. Only non-presenters will be able to attend the conference remotely. Of course, depending on situations, we may consider specific cases. Please contact quickly your program chair to discuss this (see Program Chairs).

Since we have a hybrid conference this year, we need not only onsite presentations (if the speaker is available onsite) but also video presentations for all speakers. Please prepare and record your presentation video by the deadline. We will then upload them to the EG 2022 website. Also, for onsite speakers, please send us the presentation material (see bellow) by the deadline. Please note that it is unusual that we cannot allow you to use your own laptop for the presentation due to the technical issue in the conventional AV system. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding.

To enable the hybrid mode, presenters will thus need to provide by Monday, April 18th, 2022, 23:59 UTC, through an access link sent to eg2022.fastforward@univ-reims.fr:

  1. Their presentation (all materials including videos) in order to upload them on the conference computers. Accepted formats are Microsoft Powerpoint and acrobat pdf. Please contact the conference chairs (eg2022.fastforward@univ-reims.fr) for any matter related to this. Technical assistance will be available should this present issues. You may use the conference template although this is not compulsory. Template EG2022 slides 1 or Template EG2022 slides 2.
  2. A recorded video to be diffused in a replay mode for all registered participants. It may also replace the live presentation for remote participants in case of technical problems.

We will be screening at 1080p (resolution: 1920 x 1080, aspect ratio: 16:9). Please optimize your slides and videos for these projector settings. Video formats should follow the following requirements:
